Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope
- Your payment of ₹399 entitles you to one PDF mockup (single room) and up to two minor revisions. Major redesigns or additional rooms will incur extra charges.
2. Turnaround Time
- Designs are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays may extend this timeline by one business day.
3. Revision Policy
- You may request up to two rounds of minor edits (colors, small layout tweaks). Major changes (adding/removing furniture or room function) require a new brief and additional fee.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments are non‑refundable once the design work has commenced. If you cancel within 2 hours of payment and no work has started, you may request a full refund by emailing quantumconserver@gmail.com .
5. Intellectual Property
- The final mockup PDF is licensed to you for personal, non‑commercial use. Meja retains all rights to the underlying design concepts and reserves the right to showcase anonymized versions in our portfolio and marketing.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Meja and its community designers provide suggestions and inspiration. We are not liable for installation, procurement, or the performance of third‑party tradespeople or products you choose.
7. Data Privacy
- Your room photos and personal details are used solely to create your mockup and will not be shared with third parties except our vetted DIY designers under NDA.
